We love to make these pickles! They make great gifts and you can make a big batch to keep around for those last minute scroungings for a hostess gift. Make a big batch and then tie a ribbon with a card around it and you're good to go! or just keep them all to yourself :)
Find the recipe here! We use this recipe for our base and then add extras to taste (mustard seeds, garlic, extra pepper, and different veggies too!) They should sit in your fridge for a few days and get happy so you do have to prepare ahead of time. You can also re-use the vinegar mixture. Just chop up more cucumbers, put them in the jar and let them sit for a couple days in your fridge until they're delishy! The longer you let them pickle the more flavorful they will become!
